Kubal is not just one, but several places of work

Kubal is a team of slightly more than 400 persons. Together they possess impressive knowledge of all aspects about aluminium production, while constantly updating their applied knowledge in step with technical development.

Kubal is not just one, but several places of work. Here you can find white collar workers as well as blue collar workers. Both genders, men and women are represented. About 20 per cent of the employees are women.

Aluminium is produced in two electrolysis plants, where production is maintained round the clock, 365 days a year. The cast shop is the end phase of the process, where the metal is alloyed and cast into slabs or billets. A large number of workers are engaged in maintenance of one kind or another in the plants workshops, while others provide necessary service functions such as security staff, catering, company health care, clothing and protective equipment.

 
Last, but not least, Kubal has a laboratory, constantly monitoring product quality and the internal and external environment. The raw materials used in the production are also analysed here.
